I/We agree to advise the Canadian Livestock Records Corporation and the interested breed organizations in the event the partnership, ranch, farm, company or concern is disposed of with the live stock and the new owner(s) desire(s) to continue to register animals under the same name.

I/We do further agree to abide by any decision of the affected associations with respect to the payment of transfer fees of the animals which in any case shall not exceed the normal transfer fee as indicated in the schedule of fees.
